In a not so distant America, a combination of the troubled teen epidemic and a lack of young people joining the military has spawned the Waylon Academy for the Obedient and Enlightened. A school made to take delinquent children from their homes and train them in an elite super soldier program. A place where they break students down in order to build them up into killing machines.
